Important Upgrade Notice:
Some customers have run into an error when installing this update that indicates there is a duplicate column named fPinned on the HS_Request_History table. This error can be fixed manually by following these directions: Fixing fPinned Upgrade Error
- On create Triggers setup to run out of or inside business hours could cause requests to not be properly created on import.
- Added longer timeouts for reports for large Matrix datasets.
- Prevent a fallback to “LIKE” search queries on large HelpSpot databases when Sphinx is not installed or working correctly.
